What We Believe
We are a local Bible Believing church committed to family and community. We welcome all people no matter where they journey.
- Our Guide is the Bible, which is the Word of God and the absolute truth for all mankind. (2 Timothy 3:15-16)
- Our Mission is to make disciples that will be totally devoted followers of Jesus Christ. (Matthew 28:18)
- The Means for God reaching the world with His Message is through the local Church, as part of the Kingdom of God. (Acts 1:8)
- Our Message is the gospel which is the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. (1 Corinthians 15:1-3)
- Our Action is to love God by loving all people, no matter who, where, or what their race, religion, belief, lifestyle or sex. (Matthew 22:37-40, John 15:12, 1 Corinthians 13)
- Our Goal is the believer is totally secure in Jesus Christ and is to become a devoted follower of Jesus. (Hebrews 7:25, Romans 6)
- The Hope is the return of Jesus Christ for the His Church is imminent. (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)
Our Ministry Leaders
In May 2006, Pastor Ron Rush came as an interim pastor and after six months sensed a definite call of God to be the Pastor full time. In January of 2007, a 96% vote confirmed God’s will. Since then, NPBC has seen a transformation of God’s spirit.
Carol heads up and coordinates the Children’s Church for Sunday morning as well as fun nights for the children and workday outings where they help the elderly in the church with their yard work. She has a great love for children and a lot of enthusiasm.
