Earl and Judy Taylor met in Bel Air, Maryland, when they were teenagers. They have been married for 48 years, have 3 grown children and 9 grandchildren. After 45 years of pastoral ministry, Earl retired from full-time service and now feels blessed to served as one of the Elders at NPBC.
